Private sitting room, bedroom and full bath, separated from main house. 5-minute walk to Plymouth State University. Close to Waterville Valley, Loon, and other ski resorts. Also close to lakes and hiking trails. Bedroom has a king size bed and reclining chair. Sitting room has a daybed with a trundle bed underneath. The sitting room also has a table with four chairs, a mini fridge, microwave oven, and Kreurig coffee maker. Plates, cups, silverware are also provided. Parking for three cars.

Squam Lake, large family friendly house, 40'x50' deck with great 20'x20' screened-in section, hot tub (seasonal), lots of hiking trails local, great Foliage, Many Lakes Region attractions close. Foosball, corn hole, movie room, games, etc. Short walk down the road to a shared separate 40' Beach with swim docks and kayaks (5 min walk). Close to many ski mountains and other winter activities. Loon, Waterville, Gunstock, etc.

Air conditioned 1000 square foot, light filled studio with full kitchen and private bath in secluded rural setting 5 minutes from I 93 and in between Newfound and Squam Lakes.
