The cottage has a full kitchen so meal preparation during your stay should be a breeze, as well as plenty of space for both dining and relaxing. The queen bed is located in the loft and creates a cozy ambiance; the backyard and patio is a great spot to hang out and BBQ!

Keyed Private entrance upstairs suite with a sun deck, garden views, and bathroom. The room includes a kitchen cart with microwave, fridge, hot water kettle and coffee machine. There is a dining table and chairs and a closet. WiFi, TV and AC. The upper deck is a wonderful place to catch some sun and sip a coffee. We are located on Route 1, conveniently close to downtown Kennebunk, dining, and groceries. The beach is a 10-12 minute drive.

Short drive to the Ogunquit/York beaches, Outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.
