We are happy to share with you our coastal, colonial home set on eight acres along the Kennebunk River. Enjoy our quaint, warm home just 5 min to the beach and 3 minutes to Cape Arundel Golf Club. Our 4 bdrm, 2.5 bathroom suits short or long term stays. The location is ideal: 6 min from Kennebunkport, 15 min from Biddeford, and 30 min from Portland or Portsmouth! We hope to make you feel at home with the morning birds chirping and the calmness of the river just in back of the property.

A nautical look and feel is what this coastal home away from home offers. A detached from the main house in-law apartment is the perfect get away. Located directly on the water, on an estuary called Spinney Creek, part of the Piscataqua River. Bring your kayak, fishing rod, or sit back enjoy a cold beverage and watch the sunsets by the fire pit. Best water views ever. It is 1.5 miles to downtown Portsmouth, NH and less then 1 mile to the beautiful rejuvenated downtown Kittery.

Keyed Private entrance upstairs suite with a sun deck, garden views, and bathroom. The room includes a kitchen cart with microwave, fridge, hot water kettle and coffee machine. There is a dining table and chairs and a closet. WiFi, TV and AC. The upper deck is a wonderful place to catch some sun and sip a coffee. We are located on Route 1, conveniently close to downtown Kennebunk, dining, and groceries. The beach is a 10-12 minute drive.

Short drive to the Ogunquit/York beaches, Outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.
