The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

Comfortable trailer or simple tent

Only 25 minutes from Madrid by car, a practical space in a residential area where you can get away from the conventional. Xanadú shopping center, one of the largest and most complete in Madrid, is just a 5-minute drive or 25-minute walk away. Another shopping center with basic services is a 1-minute walk away. Option of tent at half price including inflatable bed. Play ping pong, foosball with your children or friends, check out the option to rent bicycles. There is no hot water for washing dishes.

It is a detached villa (full rental) very close to Madrid (in a residential development on the outskirts of Móstoles). Despite its proximity to the capital, it is located in the enclave of the middle course of the Guadarrama River, in a privileged environment with many hiking trails/greenways. It is a very quiet residential development, which feels like being in a rural area, so parties are not allowed at night. An ideal place to disconnect just steps from Madrid.
