Onze B&B is begin 2025 geheel verbouwd. De knusse ruimte is zeer geschikt voor romantische rustzoekers. Je verblijft op een rustige plek, omgeven door bomen, dicht bij het centrum van het mooie Gorinchem. Onze lokatie is een goede uitvalsbasis voor mooie fietstochten en wandelingen. In Gorinchem en omliggende dorpen is er veel historisch erfgoed te bewonderen. In hartje Gorinchem zijn een aantal leuke mogelijkheden voor ontbijt. Wil je liever in de B&B ontbijten? Vraag naar de mogelijkheden.

Along meadows with knot willows, you drive into a cozy village. At the church, you turn into a dead-end road. Soon you will reach a black cottage surrounded by greenery; our guest house "De Hooischuur". As soon as you enter the detached cottage, it immediately feels like coming home. And that is exactly the feeling we would like to give you. Our characteristic hay barn in 2018 is equipped with many comforts and gives you the opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Wellness Lodge with private sauna and jacuzzi

Our lodge is equipped with all modern amenities, such as a modern kitchen, a smart TV and a Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxurious jacuzzi and wood-burning stove. The lodge, with its large private garden and unobstructed views, is completely separated from the farmhouse by a fence and is accessible only to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast is available upon request.

Wij bieden tevens mogelijkheid om zowel de Vliet en omliggende plassen als het centrum van Leiden te verkennen op een luxe sloep, in overleg is hierin veel mogelijk.

Our cozy Tiny House is located right next to the main house and can accommodate 1 to 3 people, making it ideal for both short stays and a relaxing week away. Via the loft staircase, you can reach the loft bedroom with a double bed. Downstairs, there is a sofa bed available for an extra sleeping space. The kitchenette offers you the possibility to prepare simple meals. The tiny house is located next to a lovely garden with chickens, sheep, and a pond. Nice to relax and unwind.
