Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Mike & Angie’s Private-Cozy furnished Guest House

Welcome to Red Roof Creekside Getaway. Escape to this enchanting bungalow in Joplin. This cozy retreat features a fully furnished private Guesthouse with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Our wish is that everyone who stays with us will have a comfortable, relaxing, stress-free time. We're available for any questions or needs. Our guest house sits on a secluded, private, peaceful two-acre lot, surrounded by trees, a creek and lots of wildlife. Close by Route 66 and local amenities.

Cabin in the Woods, 10 minutes to Bartlesville

Our guest cabin is set on 20 wooded acres in the Osage Hills at the end of a private gravel road. It feels completely isolated, but it's only 10 minutes to downtown Bartlesville, 20 minutes to Pioneer Woman's Merc, and an hour to Tulsa. There is a full kitchen, living area, and full bath on the ground floor, with a queen and twin bed on the 2nd floor. There is no TV to interfere with the quiet, although WiFi keeps you connected. We live in the main house and are always available if needed.

Panther Creek Guesthouse

Small farmhouse, private fenced and gated yard, on a tiny farm on a gravel road. Host next door has dwarf goats, chickens, ducks, guineas (1 pair regularly visits/patrols the guesthouse yard), a goose, and a couple of dogs. Horses live across the road and around the curve and up the hill. Eggs and some other basic food items included! Less than 5 miles off Hwy 60 north of Fordland Café, Mexican, Dollar General, gas in Fordland Springfield 24 Branson 55 7.5 miles from I-44 @ Northview

Bunkhouse on the Water

The Bunkhouse sits adjacent to a large body of water. Just 10 miles to Pittsburg and 30 miles to Joplin, MO. Guests can enjoy time outside on the covered porch next to the water, sit around the fire pit on those cool evenings, go for a hike, play a game of pickleball, or enjoy some catch and release fishing from the bank. The Curious Little Cottage

This former 19th century stable hand quarters (Built in 1880) has been remodeled into a modern studio. Filled with curious tidbits, mind bending puzzles and unique creations it will provide a wonderful little cozy getaway. Tucked away in the back corner of the property you can enjoy the privacy of a cabin in the middle of town. Curious little cottage is only eight blocks from Tulsa Fairgrounds, minutes away from shopping downtown and the blue dome district.

The Music Studio with Instruments

Beautifully sits on the side of a hill overlooking a pond with a pecan grove as the backdrop. Peaceful, quiet, conveniently located just off a main highway * Prepare your food in the kitchen area or cook on the grill * Swing on the front porch or sit on the back porch * Walk among the trees, feed the ducks, pet the donkey, enjoy nature! This 352 square foot modern studio boasts an exceptional outdoor living space. Sit on the porch with your morning coffee before you head out for adventure and keep an eye out for the deer that feel right at home on our 40 acre property.

The Nest - Luxury Cottage in Charming Locale

Each cottage has an open, spacious floor plan that includes a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, with a Keurig coffee maker, a luxurious bathroom with large walk-in shower and stand alone bathtub, a comfy sofa with pull out bed and a cozy gas fireplace. The cottages are located just off Lover’s Lane. Take a stroll, check out a fishing pole and head over to the pond, or take our canoe out for a spin.
