Newly refurbished apartment located in idyllic Strømsbubjag only 7-8 min walk along the water into the city centre. There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the ground floor of the dwelling. Small marina next door, garden at the front of the home. The residence is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbours, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrance to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and no smoking due to allergies

Modern single-family home from 2021 with two bathrooms. All facilities for a toddler family, children's toys, high chairs, crib, remember, trampoline, inflatable children's pool etc.. also very suitable if you do not have children in tow. Also has exercise appliances in outdoor living, if the tenant likes to get away from a small trim during the holidays. In the kitchen attached to the kitchen there is available a small work station with a desk. We have also installed a heat pump which is as useful on hot summer days(A/C) as it is winter.

Annex v/UiA • Parking • Near the city center and beach

Simple and peaceful accommodation centrally located both to the city center and to several lovely beaches. The annex is around 200 meters from UiA. There is also a short distance to the playground and free area with forest and frisbee golf. Just outside the porch door is a small sandbox for children, as well as lush garden that can be used with the host. The zoo in Kristiansand is only 25 minutes drive. The annex has a simple standard, but all amenities necessary for short stays.

Seaside idyll in Southern Norway

Welcome to the South and this lovely house. Here you can enjoy the view of the marina, or walk a hike on the path down to the beach for swimming. You stay centrally at Fevik, a nice village between Grimstad and Arendal. The plot adjoins free area and hiking trail. From here you can walk to several of the lovely beaches that Fevik is known for. The house has a large and undisturbed patio, with sun from morning to late evening. The zoo and Sørlandssenteret are a 30 min drive away.

Detached house in Grimstad with walking distance to the city, close to Kr. Sand zoo, beach and golf course. The house is large and practical, and can accommodate 1-2 families. 25 min by car is Kristiansand Zoo, 10 min to Hesnes Golf Course (a challenging 9-hole course), great hiking areas and other small and large attractions. There are many great beaches nearby and a beautiful archipelago.
