Just 8 km from the highway, Rioveggio exit, and 3 km from the train station, getting to Bologna or Florence takes about 1 hour. You will have a large apartment of 60 square meters with an independent entrance. The Monte Sole Park is a stone's throw away and nearby there are the Rocchetta Mattei and the Corno alle Scale mountains. The kitchen is complete with dishes and pots, a microwave and a coffee maker, with coffee, barley, chamomile and tea, some croissants, carbonated and natural water, and milk at your disposal.

By car 10 min. from Bologna International Airport, 5 minutes from the Unipol Arena and 15 min. from the station and the historic center. The nearest supermarket is 150 meters from the front door. We are a 5-minute walk from the suburban train that connects us with Bologna station in 20 minutes. Andrew's house was born on the ruins of an old cellar. The apartment is located a short distance from the train station, 15 km from Bologna and 20 km from Modena on the historic Via Emilia, built by Marco Emilio Lepido. Nearby there are internationally renowned companies, such as DUCATI motorcycles, GD packaging, PHILLIPS MORRIS, CARPIGIANI gelato. It is also close to the A1 highway exit Valsamoggia. It is well connected with the two neighboring cities by bus service.

Perched on top of a hill in the countryside between Bologna and Modena, this lodge is a great location for exploring the area. It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. Ca' Stanga is situated in the countryside of Bologna, at the foot of the hill, near Emilia street and the motorway exit of Valsamoggia (2km). The house is located within a rustic farm (donkeys, geese, hens ...) and animals are welcome. We're in the center of Emilia, so we're in an optimal position to visit the region and also for a stop to reach far away destinations. It's, therefore, the best solution for who loves nature, but wants the proximity of roads.
