Beautiful 48 m2 apartment for 2 people with 1 independent bedroom, located on the first floor of a small, quiet and secure residence with parking space and communal pool. Cooking utensils and dishes are plentiful. Linens and towels are provided. It is a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes from the start of the beautiful bike path. SPIROU and Splash World amusement parks are a 10-minute drive away and Avignon is 23 km away.

A modern kitchen is presented with dark cabinetry and a stylish countertop. Black bar stools are positioned at the counter, and a microwave can be seen above the cooking area. Natural light enhances the space, complemented by warm pendant lighting above.
