Chez Ismama - quiet and air-conditioned

Non-smoking apartment (3rd floor without elevator – narrow staircase) quiet and comfortable. Beautiful location to explore the city center in a very pretty square. Monuments and shops are a 2-minute walk away. Numerous amenities including air conditioning (in living room). Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as kitchen essentials. Paid underground parking 150 m away (see "my accommodation"), free surface parking 200 m away. We live in the neighborhood and will be available if needed.

In the morning you are awakened by the bells of the sheep and the cheerful swallows. Let yourself be embraced by the green hills and mountains! In Drôme Provençale, next to Grignan, between vineyards and lavender, our cottage is the only one on the property. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Stacked apartment with 1 bedroom now air-conditioned (new since May 2023) in the historic center of Avignon, with a mix of contemporary & typical Provençal touches. Located in a pedestrian street just 5 minutes walk from the Pope Palace. There is no car park in front of the building. Public car parks are at walking distance. The apartment is located on the 4th floor without lift, which offers stunning views on the Pope Palace & the roofs. Very Quiet.

38 m² duplex in medieval village, Gorges Ardèche

Apartment with terrace, in the heart of the medieval village of Balazuc, label "the most beautiful villages of France". Great for 2 people. In a stone house (that of my ancestors), whose foundations are from the 13th century. The rental allows me to finance the rest of my amenities. My property is close to the Ardèche river. You'll love it for the views, the decor, and the pebble alleys. In summer, I prefer one week stays from Saturday to Saturday.
