La Villa, a sumptuous gîte nestled in the heart of the Moulin de Chappes estate. This magnificent 215 m² architect's house is located in the middle of the mill's natural park. With its large beds (160-180) and cathedral-style living room, it offers a warm and welcoming setting for your stay. You can enjoy the outdoors while being indoors. It is ideally located in the countryside at the gates of Champagne (20 minutes from the first cellars and 45 minutes from Epernay and its Avenue de Champagne), 30 minutes from Provins, 1 hour from Disneyland Paris, 1 hour 20 minutes from Paris.

The cottage "Appointment at 80 - Le Revers de Vignat", is a country house of 200m² ideal for family parties or to gather its tribe, with in addition a furnished outbuilding of 160m² and its 2nd fully equipped kitchen + a spacious living room for your meals with your group. The estate with a capacity of 18/19 people (7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms) also has an XXL SPA for 12 people, petanque court, billiards, foosball and a heated pool from May to September!!

La Maisonette welcomes you 2 minutes from the highway, quiet in the countryside. Listing depends on our family property. The exteriors (pool, children's hut, garden) are shared. I make sure to preserve everyone's privacy, but it is possible that we could meet by the poolside, always kindly. Room for 2 more independent people available via La Suite Campagne Chic, for a stay with family or friends. Heated swimming pool accessible from May to September.

Elegant 40m2 accommodation with flower garden. It is located near shops, restaurants and bars. Access by car: 5 min from the train station, 7 from the city center of Troyes, 1 min from the bypass. Free public parking spaces at the foot of the villa. Check-in is self check-in. Public transportation: Bus 1 will take you to the city center and to Mc Arthur. bus 11 will take you to Marque Avenue. For hygiene reasons, bath towels are not provided.
