The lower level living area also includes a comfortable chair that converts into a twin bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for an additional sleeping spot. Enjoy meals together around the dining table, prepare your favorite recipes in the recently updated full kitchen, and unwind in the large, fully fenced backyard complete with a deck- perfect for morning coffee or relaxing evenings outdoors. There's a washer and dryer, as well as a small workspace/desk on the upper level. Driveway and street parking. This home offers a great balance of comfort and tranquility.
