Este acogedor espacio en primera planta combina diseño moderno y funcionalidad. El acceso se realiza mediante escaleras (el edificio no dispone de ascensor). El estudio ofrece un concepto de planta abierta con una solución de privacidad parcial: Dormitorio: Cama doble y almacenamiento para ropa, separada visualmente del salón mediante una cortina para mayor intimidad. Salón: Un área amplia con sofá cama doble, Smart TV que funciona a través de aplicaciones de streaming y tendrás entretenimiento a tu disposición en todas las plataformas a las que estés suscrito y grandes ventanales que aportan una gran sensación de amplitud. Cocina: Estancia independiente totalmente equipada con vitrocerámica de 3 fuegos, horno, microondas, nevera, congelador, cafetera, hervidor y menaje completo. Baño: Baño completo moderno con ducha, lavabo, inodoro, secador de pelo y elementos básicos de aseo. Servicios y climatización: Sistema de aire acondicionado y radiadores para garantizar el confort térmico durante todo el año. Lavadora-secadora disponible para su conveniencia. Parking incluido: si vienes con coche, el piso dispone de plazas de garaje con disponibilidad limitada; te agradecería si me puedes confirmar si la necesitarás al realizar tu reserva, para poder ver si está disponible los días de tu reserva y confirmártelo 1 día antes del check in, y que te puedas organizar con tiempo si no lo estuvieran. IMPORTANTE: El sistema de agua funciona mediante termo eléctrico de uso individual. Se recomienda un consumo moderado; en caso de agotarse, el tiempo de recuperación es de aproximadamente 30-40 minutos. Este apartamento está disponible exclusivamente para visitas a familiares o amigos, asistencia a exámenes, eventos, citas médicas, pruebas y otros fines no turísticos. No está permitido su uso vacacional ni turístico. Espacio libre de humo: No está permitido fumar en el alojamiento. En caso de incumplimiento, se aplicará un cargo de 50€ para cubrir la limpieza del espacio. Entrada y salida (Check-in/out): La llegada es completamente autónoma a partir de la hora de entrada estipulada (15:00h), permitiendo el acceso libre e independiente. Puedo ser flexible con el horario siempre que la disponibilidad de los huéspedes salientes lo permita. Cuidado de llaves: Por favor, asegúrate de mantener las llaves contigo. La pérdida de las llaves conlleva una penalización de 100€. El olvido de la llave o apertura por medio cerrajero o persona con llave adicional es de 50€. Limpieza y mantenimiento: Confiamos en que mantendrás el alojamiento en condiciones razonables. Si el piso requiere una limpieza profunda a la hora del check out, se aplicará un cargo adicional. Igualmente, si los textiles (toallas, sábanas, cobijas, etc.) presentan manchas difíciles de remover, se podrá aplicar una tasa extra según la complejidad de su recuperación. Fianza: En determinados casos, es posible que solicite una fianza adicional para asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas y la tranquilidad de los vecinos. Solicitaré la firma de un contrato temporal a cada inquilino, que se enviará antes del ingreso en el piso de forma telemática. Es algo adicional para mayor seguridad del inquilino y de la propiedad. NO SEGUIR LAS NORMAS DE LA CASA PUEDE SUPONER LA PÉRDIDA DE LA FIANZA
