This home is nestled in a very secluded location on my rural family farm. Surrounded by trees, the home is well shaded and full of natural sights and sounds. The home is a spacious open concept, yet has cozy privacy for each guest bedroom. The interior decor is refined rustic and has furniture and accents that reflect the natural landscape. There are two bedrooms/1 bath up and a master bed and bath downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped and there are 2 decks for outdoor activities.

Plus, it's walking distance to a private shoreline of Lake Sam Rayburn with private beach. Has one queen size bed plus a sofa bed which makes into a full size bed; can easily sleep 3 people. Rolling Hills Entire Guesthouse Breakfast included

Quiet country setting on five acres but only four miles from town. Plenty of privacy but the hosts live on property just a call or text away. The dining room table easily seats 8 for meals, playing cards/games we have available. The guesthouse has a fully equipped kitchen or use the gas grill and you can eat outside on the private patio surrounded by tall pines and watch/listen to nature. We also have a fire pit to enjoy a warm evening outdoors.
