Steigen Sie auf Ihr Fahrrad und beginnen Sie von hier aus schöne Touren nach Bad Zwischenahn, Rastede und Oldenburg. In 20 Minuten sind sie mit dem Auto auch schon an der Nordseeküste. Wir möchten, dass Sie sich entspannen, mit guten Büchern, in einer ruhigen, aber muckeligen Umgebung, vor den Fenstern nur Grün und Ruhe.

Barrierefreie Erdgeschoßwohnung mit 1 Schlafzimmer

Die Wohnung ist rollstuhlgerecht eingerichtet. Sie hat breite Türen und vom Parkplatz bis hin zur Terasse ist alles großzügig angelegt. Das WC hat große Stützgriffe und eine Notrufleine, wo man im Ernstfall die Begleitperson im Wohnzimmer akustisch und visuell auf sich aufmerksam machen kann. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind in einem großen Raum. Auch hier sind Highspeed Internet und Netflix auf dem TV. Wer mit einem Elektroauto anreist kann diesen bei uns auf dem Grundstück an einer Wallbox aufladen.

B. die "Deutsche Fehnroute", macht Ausflüge an die Nordsee oder zu den Nordseeinseln, oder besucht den Park der Gärten in Bad Zwischenahn.

Hexenhäuschen im Ammerland

Our holiday home is located in Apen, in the district of Godensholt. Surrounded by forests, water, moors, windmills and nature reserves, you will find peace and quiet here to relax from everyday life. Due to a convenient location it is only 50km to Holland and the North Sea coast. The spa town of Bad Zwischenahn is only a stone's throw away with about 12km distance. The city of Oldenburg is also not far away. The natural landscape is ideal for hiking, cycling, fishing and relaxing.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

Gut Winkel, Wohlfühloase im Ammerland

Die Ferienwohnung wurde im Mai 2022 fertiggestellt und liegt im 1.OG auf Gut Winkel, dem ältesten noch existierenden Hof (1746) in der Gemeinde Apen. Sie ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll ausgestattet und bietet auf ca. 75qm 2 Personen Platz. Die Gartenbenutzung ist selbstverständlich erlaubt. Wir leben hier zusammen mit unseren Hunden, Katzen und Pferden und freuen uns, Dich in dieser Idylle begrüßen zu dürfen. Der Hof hat eine ganz besondere Seele, die es zu entdecken gilt.

The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.
