There's a big garden, a swimming pool with a stunning view and a lot of nature. The use of our e-bike is included in price. Our place is in a very small village in the magnificent Lunigiana near to the 5 Terre, Pisa, Lucca, Lerici or the National Parc of the 100 lakes and Parco dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano. The car is a must-have to reach the place.

Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

Il vostro alloggio si trova al piano terra della casa principale, ma è completamente autonomo. The property is located on top of a very panoramic hill, near the medieval village of Sillico where is located also a very good restaurant. Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley. Welcome where Tuscany meets the sky!

La casa è dell inizio del '700 e si trova nel parco delle Alpi apuane , è adatta da 2 /3 persone immersa nel verde della natura, ha un' ottima posizione soleggiata dove dalla terrazza privata si può vedere il paese di Pruno con I suoi borghi antichi e le montagne del parco delle Alpi Apuane E un luogo ideale per chi desidera fare camminate nei boschi , conoscere e frequentare le attrattive della Versilia e della Toscana tra mare e monti .
