The surrounding area offers numerous hiking trails and the Ahrsteig passes by the front door. The Nürburgring, Lake Freilingen for swimming and other attractions can be reached in less than an hour.

The Eifelloft21 is located above the charming little village of Hammer. It is renovated, but the charm of the wooden house has been preserved. The semi-detached house offers space for two people on approx. 50 square meters. Thanks to the open living concept, you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere. Only the toilet is separated by a door. From the living room with open kitchen you enter the balcony. Close to Rursee, Hohe Venn and Monschau. Price includes 5% Eifel overnight stay package.

Das Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Bei Bedarf können wir 2 weitere Schlafplätze mit privatem Eingang und Bad anbieten.. Die Fahrzeit zum Ring beträgt ca. 20 Minuten.

Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

The chalet with a unique panoramic view from each floor is located directly on the edge of the forest and field in the beautiful Volcanic Eifel, near Lake Kronenburg. It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement. The house was completely renovated and newly designed with a lot of love. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

Casa Anita is suitable for up to 6 people. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet and shower, 1 bathroom with toilet and bathtub. Large dining room, living room, kitchen fully equipped with seating. There is also a conservatory and an over 1000 sqm garden with several seating areas for relaxing, partying, eating and breakfast. In the immediate vicinity there is a butcher,restaurant park with large playground. The Nürburgring is about 10 minutes away.

The sunny house has a living room with sofa bed, a bedroom and a kitchen-living room with fireplace and a newly built bathroom. There is a wood-burning stove for heating in both the living room and the kitchen. The bathroom can be heated using an electric heater.

The renovated barn features high ceilings in the living area, a cozy stove, access to the rooftop terrace. The lower floor includes a bathroom + two bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room. There is a sauna :-) and access to the private garden with a pond. A newly built playground with various play options is located nearby. The barn is situated in the backyard of a house where a family lives. WiFi reception is currently very poor.
