Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Welcome to Gîte de la Souillarde, classified 4★. Here, you are Nowhere, away from the crowds, in a small authentic village of the Artense, between Auvergne, Cantal and Corrèze. Close to the Bort-les-Orgues Dam, this old house has been completely renovated to offer you comfort and serenity. In summer, enjoy water activities at the nearby dam and explore the wild trails. In winter, discover the magic of snowy landscapes by sled, snowshoes or quiet walks.

Charming bed and breakfast.

We welcome you to our guest room located on the ground floor of our house . The price includes the night and breakfasts made up of organic or local products. Linens and towels are provided , cleaning is provided by us at the end of the stay. From September to June, we offer a packed lunch for 2 people at €33 (homemade soup, Auvergne terrine, St Nectaire fermier, homemade bread, cottage cheese verrine with fruit) + €6 with a bottle of Chateaugay.

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

Access to all sites and amenities from this central accommodation where everything can be done on foot. Large accommodation for 4 or 5 people and possibility of baby equipment if needed for the comfort of families. Whether you want to come in summer (lakes, hiking, tours, markets, etc.) or winter (downhill and Nordic ski resorts, snowshoeing, snowboarding, sledding, etc.) we will be happy to welcome you no matter the season.

This small house, for 2 people, completely renovated is located in the charming village of Menet (small city of character) in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Park. We have carefully carried out this renovation, wishing each guest a warm stay and maximum comfort. We'll be happy to host you and introduce you to Cantal... The house must be kept clean. During the summer period, reservation is only by the week.
