Beautiful architect-designed cottage with the Gudenå river as a neighbor. A great place to relax and enjoy vacation and leisure. The place is located at the end of a quiet cottage area and consists of a main house and an annex with a sauna. The garden is shielded with hedges from the road and neighbors, and a wild fence from the Gudenå river. There are three terraces where there is always a sunny or a shady space. Common to the cottage area is a green area down to the Gudenåen river where it is possible to take a dip from the bridge. (However, there is a lot of current in the river).

Pick up a freshly laid egg, pick berries, or take a stroll in the amazing outdoor areas. The confirmation room is located with its own entrance completely separate at one end of our private residence. 5 min to Ans ( shopping etc.). 15 min to Silkeborg (nature, restaurants, culture, shopping) 45 min to Aarhus ( with everything the city has to offer.)

There is also a large living room with the possibility of "cinema" cosiness with a large screen, a game of foosball or just pure relaxation with a good book. The bathroom is located on the ground floor. There's a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.
