It has one bedroom with a double bed, one small sofa bed (suitable for one person or two small children, a bathroom and kitchenette and a terrace. There is a private pontoon with canoes for you to use and nature walking from the doorstep.

Close to Lake Aiguebelette, we'd be happy to host you in this refurbished accommodation on the ground floor of our house. You can enjoy the stream that runs through our land as well as access to the outdoors. Air conditioning will be a plus for warm summer nights. Within a 5-minute walk you will find a bakery, pharmacy, tobacco store. And a market on Saturdays. A hypermarket is an 8-minute drive away. We are located near the Chartreuse mountain range, A43 highway.

Family house 3*, feet in the water

Family house built in 1925 (great-grandfather) and renovated in 2019. It is located in a dead end, by the lake (private pontoon), near the port of Sevrier, the sailing club, the tennis club. The cycle path passes right behind the house. Municipal beach 5min walk, riding club 5-10min by bike. Swing in the garden. For those who come by electric vehicle, you have a Green-Up plug. Don't forget to bring your cable!

Beautiful 95 m2 chalet completely renovated 7 meters from Lake Annecy, 20 minutes from Annecy and 30 minutes from ski resorts. As a backdrop, you'll have a stunning panoramic view of the lake. You can enjoy the lake throughout the day for swimming, paddleboarding or canoeing (two paddleboards and a canoe on site), or play a game of petanque (court on site). The sauna isn't functional yet!
