Very peaceful 42 m² cottage located in the middle of the mountains, ideal for relaxation. Annecy North tollbooth 15 minutes away. You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Traditional wooden chalet in the mountains with magnificent views ideal for couples looking for a quiet break close to nature. Marked hiking trails are on offer from the door. The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, fibre optic WIFI, a WC, shower and stairs leading to a double bedroom. Private parking space.

Tiny house between lake and mountains

Notre chalet orienté sud ouest est situé au chef lieu de notre charmant petit village de Dingy St Clair. Il est totalement indépendant avec son jardin, sa terrasse et son parking privatif. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 3 voyageurs (1 lit deux places et 1 canapé convertible). Un hamac vient compléter l'aménagement pour un moment de détente. Start hiking from the village, and close to family ski resorts. 5 min from Les Rafforts , and 15-20 min from the Evettes (Flumet), Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe, and Praz-sur-Arly. Sunny garden with terrace, outdoor table and stone barbecue: ideal for enjoying the beautiful summer days!

The village is ideally located, 15 minutes from Lake Annecy, 20 minutes from the city center and 30 minutes from the Aravis resorts, and from the trails that lead to the surrounding mountains.

Ideally located between the lakes of Annecy and Bourget, our cottage is located at the entrance to the Bauges Nature Park. In summer, you will enjoy the mountains and lakes for walks, hikes and swimming... In winter you will enjoy the joys of snow and skiing with two small family ski resorts nearby: Semnoz (30 min) and Margeriaz (40 min) as well as the Revard plateau (40 min) for cross-country skiing and hiking. The Aravis resorts are 1 hour away.

L'Orée des Bauges, small chalet facing the mountains

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.

An outdoor terrace features a stone surface with a metal table and four folding chairs. Lush greenery surrounds the space, with a view of the mountains in the background under a clear blue sky.

My place is close to the beaches of Lake Annecy and ski resorts. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, you will appreciate it for the calm, the view of the mountains and the valley and its outdoor terrace with barbecue.
