Het vakantiehuis is rustig gelegen aan de rand van de Achterhoek nabij het natuurgebied de Hoge Veluwe en op korte afstand van Hanzesteden als Doesburg en Zutphen. De vogels die de dag inluiden en de vogels die de nacht inluiden. Je overziet het landschap vanuit een hoger perspectief. Je kijkt even op een andere manier naar de wereld, van bovenaf. In een boom slapen, letterlijk tussen de takken slapen is een onbeschrijfelijke ervaring.
