Very quiet home with a view over 50 acres of hay fields with large oak and pine trees sprinkled throughout. Lots of room to roam, walk a dog, keep a boat, horse, fish two ponds with bass. 8 miles from Lufkin or Diaboll, 7 miles from Angelina College. 20 minutes from Sam Rayburn. New two-bedroom country cottage. The property is very clear with lots of room. Events could be hosted "on the farm"! Wedding, Large Picknicks, RVs can park with full hookup 30 AMP and 50 AMP available and 110 plugins

A little heaven , tucked away at the back of 3 acres at back of our property. Cal and Carolyns little efficiency apt stays booked almost year round. Exceptionally clean and has every thing you need for a short weekend or an extended stay. Eff has full size kitchen and washer and dryer. It has two seating areas outside, one is covered and one under the stars and ambience lights around firepit. There is two grills provided, one gas and one charcoal to suit you. We are 5 miles from beautiful lake Sam Rayburn. You can fish all day or evening, come home to a fish cleaning station for your catch. Plenty of room to park and charge your boat to be ready for the next day. Private deck/grill and sitting if you choose to cook your meal. Clean hot shower.
