The cabin is located in an area only accessible via dirt roads. It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! This is a very quiet property set back in the woods. This log cabin has a wood burning fireplace indoors making it nice and cozy. Large firepit outside for bonfires. This cabin is in the woods so you will see insects and wildlife, we do spray for insects and mice but there is only so much we can do. We have 17 acres for you to walk around and explore! Enjoy time at our pond, feel free to fish but ask you to release them because we love our wildlife. Close to Letchworth State park!

This single level home is located just outside of Hornell, NY in a quiet, secluded country setting. Letchworth 45 mins, Watkins Glen 1 hour and Niagara Falls 2 hours. We purchased the property in 2018 and made necessary upgrades while retaining the original character of this classic home. The view of the backwoods from the living room is spectacular! We live at the adjacent property located a few hundred feet away, so we are available as needed.
