The beautiful village park with lake as well as restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, doctors, hairdresser etc. are reachable in a few minutes' walk.

There is a soapstone stove for cozy hours in the living area. The Emsland can be explored very well by bicycle. After a few hundred meters, you are in the middle of the surrounding fields. Since we have 2 outdoor cats, it may be that they come to visit
