The villa is strategically located in Baselga del Bondone at only 10 minutes from Trento, 40 minutes from Bolzano, 30 minutes from Riva del Garda and about 1 hour from Verona. The village is immersed in nature very close to wonderful lakes, mountains and cities. Here you can relax on the terrace, enjoy the bbq and the large colourful garden. Ideal from families or couples.

The large open spaces guarantee a cool climate even in summer, as the valley is extraordinarily well with air circulation.

The two cities are easily accessible by car or public transport.

We live in a large historic residence from the 1600s in the small village fraction of Scanna in the municipality of Livo. We rent 40s qm apartment ideal for 2 adults and a small child. Our guests can share our large garden with us. Small pets extra charge of 5.00 euros per night. Our dog Masha also lives in the house with us. Mandatory provincial tourist tax of 1 euro per person per night; to be paid in cash upon arrival.
