Just outside of Amsterdam lies a brand new big 50 m2 studio with garden en parking in a town Duivendrecht. It's perfect for couples +kindje , baby , or friends .also a sofa bed . The city is reachable with in 10 minutes by metro, Arena de Ziggo Dome ,Rai in 5-8 minutes, At night there is a nightbus available , or uber. U vindt ons tussen Amsterdam (ong. 30 minuten, auto), Schiphol (ong. 20 minuten, auto en 30 minuten, bus) en Den Haag (ong. 35 minuten, auto) in het Groene Hart. Veel mogelijkheden om te fietsen, wandelen (gelegen aan het Marskramerpad), varen, steden en/of strand (25 minuten) te bezoeken. Eigen badkamer met sauna (10,-), koffie/ thee en mogelijkheid tot koken, eigen terras met barbecue.

Nice clean cosy private quiet 35m2 NON smoking stay, super located. 2 rooms and a large bathroom. Near Amstel Hotel, centre at 3 minutes walk. Enjoy the inner city and come home in a peaceful place, or have a drink at the terras of Ysbreeker. Sleeping positions: 1 bedroom and in the main room there's a sofa bed, ( let me know if you want to use this) kitchenette, tv. Just out of the crowded touristic area, near museums & restaurants. Gezellige studio in het centrum van het dorp Driehuis tussen IJmuiden en Santpoort ligt onze studio met veel mogelijk heden om te fietsen )naar strand zee en duinen Fietsen aanwezig .op 2 loop minuten is de bus en de trein 8 minuten . dicht bij Amsterdam Haarlem en Alkmaar. . De studio ligt 10 minuten van de ferry van DFDS Seaways van IJmuiden naar New Castle.......... Private studio near Amsterdam... Heerlijk fietsen in de duinen . De studio heeft een eigen ingang .

Heerlijk huis met tuin vlakbij Amsterdam

In het oude centrum van karakteristiek en unique Broek in Waterland in een in 2017 opnieuw gebouwde schuur achter de boerderij. Geheel eigen woning met toegang (zelf in-check). Split-level met privé tuin. Beneden (24 m2) is de woonkamer met bank, mini keuken, eethoek en aparte badkamer en wc. Op de vide is de slaapkamer met 2-persoons bed, genoeg kastruimte, hang en leg. Wifi aanwezig. Er zijn twee fietsen (Veloretti) te huur, 10,- per fiets per dag.

The house is best of both worlds - it's a private summer house next to a small organic farm, but it's modern. Located at the river Amstel, follow it hiking, cycling or by car and you end up in the historic centre of Amsterdam. Great for families and groups of friends. This 'quite' area is close to the quint village of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel. You are renting the spacious private house with private entrance, free parking etc.
