Just outside of Amsterdam lies a brand new big 50 m2 studio with garden en parking in a town Duivendrecht. It's perfect for couples +kindje , baby , or friends .also a sofa bed . The city is reachable with in 10 minutes by metro, Arena de Ziggo Dome ,Rai in 5-8 minutes, At night there is a nightbus available , or uber. Nice clean cosy private quiet 35m2 NON smoking stay, super located. 2 rooms and a large bathroom. Near Amstel Hotel, centre at 3 minutes walk. Enjoy the inner city and come home in a peaceful place, or have a drink at the terras of Ysbreeker. Sleeping positions: 1 bedroom and in the main room there's a sofa bed, ( let me know if you want to use this) kitchenette, tv. Just out of the crowded touristic area, near museums & restaurants. Je loopt in 5 minuten naar openbaar vervoer: trein of tram en je staat binnen 20 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam. De bus brengt je rechtstreeks in 20 minuten naar de Ziggo Dome, JC Arena en AFAS theater. De studio is van alle gemakken voorzien, een patio, eigen entree, een gratis privé parkeerplek. Heerlijk huis met tuin vlakbij Amsterdam

In het oude karakteristieke Broek in Waterland nabij de kerk, in een nieuw gebouwde schuur achter de boerderij. Met eigen toegang (zelf in-check) een split-level met slaapgedeelte en tuin. Op de begane grond (24 m2) is een woonkamer met bank, keukentje met koelkast, twee kookplaten, eethoek en aparte badkamer. Op de vide is de slaapkamer met een 2-persoons bed, genoeg kastruimte en een kledingrek. Goede Wifi aanwezig. Er zijn twee fietsen (Veloretti) te huur (10,- per fiets per dag)

Luxury upgrade 2022! Cosi private boutique room with bedroom and kitchen island close to the sea, centre and train station. Floor heating system and kitchen with induction plate, refridgerator and combi microwave. Bathroom with walk in rain shower. Only 500 meters from the sea and 50 meters to Restaurant and shop. A private patio is available for outside breakfast/diner. The garden can be closed off and the Jacuzzi (39°C) and Sauna can be booked for a part of the day.

Private realm in glorious garden

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Nice and cosy studio in Amsterdam

Nice and functional studio only 15 minutes cycling or with an uber/ public transport about 20 min from Amsterdam City Center. The studio has a modern bathroom which is fully renovated 2 months a go. The bed is 160x 200 cm. There is a TV and WIFI connection. The studio is on the ground floor in a family friendly street. Pets are not allowed and also smoking is prohibited. Because it is a very family friendly area, partying is not allowed.

Private & Big house at the river Amstel

The house is best of both worlds - it's a private summer house next to a small organic farm, but it's modern. Located at the river Amstel, follow it hiking, cycling or by car and you end up in the historic centre of Amsterdam. Great for families and groups of friends. This 'quite' area is close to the quint village of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel. You are renting the spacious private house with private entrance, free parking etc.
