Just outside of Amsterdam lies a brand new big 50 m2 studio with garden en parking in a town Duivendrecht. It's perfect for couples +kindje , baby , or friends .also a sofa bed . The city is reachable with in 10 minutes by metro, Arena de Ziggo Dome ,Rai in 5-8 minutes, At night there is a nightbus available , or uber. Lovely house with garden near Amsterdam

In the old characteristic Broek in Waterland near the church, in a newly built barn behind the farm. Featuring private access (self check-in) a split level with sleeping area and garden area. On the ground floor (24 m2) is a living room with sofa, kitchenette with fridge, two hotplates, dining area and separate bathroom. On the loft is the bedroom with a double bed, plenty of closet space and a clothing rack. Good WiFi available. There are two bikes (Veloretti) for rent (10,- per bike per day)

Nice clean cosy private quiet 35m2 NON smoking stay, super located. 2 rooms and a large bathroom. Near Amstel Hotel, centre at 3 minutes walk. Enjoy the inner city and come home in a peaceful place, or have a drink at the terras of Ysbreeker. Je loopt in 5 minuten naar openbaar vervoer: trein of tram en je staat binnen 20 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam. Nice and cosy studio in Amsterdam

Nice and functional studio only 15 minutes cycling or with an uber/ public transport about 20 min from Amsterdam City Center. The studio has a modern bathroom which is fully renovated 2 months a go. The bed is 160x 200 cm. There is a TV and WIFI connection. The studio is on the ground floor in a family friendly street. Pets are not allowed and also smoking is prohibited. Because it is a very family friendly area, partying is not allowed.

Private & Big house at the river Amstel

The house is best of both worlds - it's a private summer house next to a small organic farm, but it's modern. Located at the river Amstel, follow it hiking, cycling or by car and you end up in the historic centre of Amsterdam. Great for families and groups of friends. This 'quite' area is close to the quint village of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel. You are renting the spacious private house with private entrance, free parking etc.
