Sand Appartment, is located on the entire 1st floor of the house. 1 minute from the South beach, with good restaurants. Walking: center 5 minutes and train station 8 minutes. In Zandvoort, there is a large swimming pool, "Aqua Mundo Center Parcs". Beautiful cities near Zandvoort or by bike/train or driving distance: including: Amsterdam, Haarlem, Alkmaar, Volendam. Beautiful dunes and forests with cycling and hiking trails are located in the immediate vicinity. Your host will be happy to help you with further information.

Sustainable family home free parking garden+swings

Welcome! We rent out our lovely family home with a garden and free parking to preferably a family or a couple. Our house is a characteristic, totally renovated sustainable house. It is situated in a calm area but at the same time close to the city centre. You can enjoy everything Amsterdam has to offer and relax in our recently renovated house. We do not use natural gas, everything in our home is based on (green) electricity. You have full and private access to the house during your stay!

The living area features a spacious gray sofa with decorative cushions. Large glass doors open to the garden, allowing natural light to illuminate the space. The floor is finished in a light wood tone, creating a warm, calming environment.

Deze letterlijk midden in Nederland gelegen accommodatie is smaakvol ingericht. In 30 minuten in Amsterdam, Den Haag, Rotterdam of Utrecht. Je loopt de deur uit en je staat gelijk in het centrum met leuke winkels en lekkere eettentjes. Je kan kiezen om een eigen ontbijtje te maken of 200 meter verderop bij Barista of Njoy te ontbijten. In mijn tuin is het een oase van rust. Pak de fiets om het groene hart te ontdekken. Kortom een plek om tot rust te komen na je bezoek van een grote stad.

Pleasant and comfortable town house near Amsterdam

Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

This studio apartement is situated in a 17th Century Canal house, on the Prinsengracht (one of the 3 major canals), right in the center of Amsterdam, within the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE AREA. The Studio has its own private entrance along the canal, with canal view and a well equipped private kitchen, a large table and modern private bathroom. During the day you can sit outside on the bench in front of the apartment on the sunny side of the canal, nice to see people passing by.

This is a wonderful newly built family house of 140m2 home where you can completely relax with your family. It is fully equipped, also for the children. Modern furnishings, comfortable couch, comfortable large dining table, large wel equipped kitchen, floor heating, nice rug on the floor, enclosed garden to play, free parking in front of the door. And around the corner you can jump into the water from the bathing jetty. The sky is the limit!

Cozy apartment close to the dunes and the beach

Our house is a renovated house at a prime location. A few minutes walk to the the dunes, 5 minutes walk to the city center and 10 minutes walk to the beach. Located on a perfect spot in Zandvoort and surrounded by nature, this beautiful apartment is a perfect holiday home for family and friends. Whether its for a beach/nature trip or a city trip to Amsterdam. City tax is €3,25 euro’s per person/per night which can be paid cash at arrival.

A row of charming brick buildings is set amidst leafy trees lining the street. Vehicles are parked along the curb, and bicycles can be seen secured near the entrance of one of the homes.

Modern house close to the city center with garden

1930s home with a sunny garden on the south (always sun!). By bus, you can reach the city center of Utrecht in 8 minutes. Free parking in front of the door. The house has only been renovated and tastes furnished. Oven, rain shower, garden with BBQ, and a bio-ethanol fireplace in the living room. Swimming pool and supermarket just around the corner. Many beautiful hiking and cycling trails in the surrounding area.
