Lovely apartment near Oosterpark & city center!

A beautiful and cozy appartment situated on the ground floor in Amsterdam Oost. Nearby several parks (Oosterpark, Flevopark, Frankendael). The street is nice and quiet but very close to a small shopping center and many different restaurants and bars. Perfect for couples who want to explore Amsterdam. The appartment includes: - one bedroom with a large bed (1.80x2.20m) - dining room with open kitchen including all utilities - bright living room - garden Great access to public transport!

Welcome! We rent out our lovely family home with a garden and free parking to preferably a family or a couple. Our house is a characteristic, totally renovated sustainable house. It is situated in a calm area but at the same time close to the city centre. You can enjoy everything Amsterdam has to offer and relax in our recently renovated house. We do not use natural gas, everything in our home is based on (green) electricity. You have full and private access to the house during your stay!

Cozy apartment in Amsterdam East. Equipped with 1 bedroom with king-size bed. The bedroom offers access to the cozy garden. The living room+kitchen has a nice corner sofa and large TV. In the evening, it is wonderfully quiet and you can eat cozy in the garden with evening sun. In the garden, there is the home office with 2 luxurious workplaces, where you can work perfectly remotely. There is a bike rental around the corner, to easily move around the city.

Spacious house for family / friends

This is a wonderful newly built family house of 140m2 home where you can completely relax with your family. It is fully equipped, also for the children. Modern furnishings, comfortable couch, comfortable large dining table, large wel equipped kitchen, floor heating, nice rug on the floor, enclosed garden to play, free parking in front of the door. And around the corner you can jump into the water from the bathing jetty. You can park in the streets (paid).

Creative apartment along the canals

Situated in a calm residential area in the center of Amsterdam around the corner of the Museum plein this apartment is located along the beautiful canals to which Amsterdam owes its fame, among other things The apartment will feel like a home. You will find many personal details, objects and paintings that I collected over the years. I’m an interior designer and lighting specialist my house is a never ending project that I love to tweak and twist.

A comfortable living area features a light-colored sectional sofa with golden accent pillows. A glass coffee table is positioned at the center, reflecting natural light. A minimalist artwork hangs above, and greenery is provided by a potted plant beside the sofa. The background reveals an open kitchen.

Luxury modern Amsterdam apartment with garden

Come and stay in our beautifully decorated ground floor apartment (with garden!) in West Amsterdam, only 10 min from city centre! Bike rental and the tram are all just around the corner (3 min walk). 10 min to city centre by bike or tram, but I reccomend you to also discover West Amsterdam: Vondelpark, the Foodhallen, Ten Kate Market and the JP Heijestraat with lots of great places to eat and shop!

Family home Amsterdam

In deze gezinswoning kun je heerlijk rustig verblijven met jonge kinderen. Je kunt er spelen in de tuin, buiten genieten van de BBQ of lekker even ontspannen na een dagje in de stad. De woning ligt op 20 minuten fietsen van centraal station en met 5 minuten fietsen ben je in de weilanden aan het genieten van de natuur.

Complete home in Amsterdam Southeast

Gehele gezinswoning aan de rand van de stad. De metro is op 10 min loopafstand en in 20 min sta je op centraal station. Parkeren kun je gratis voor de deur. Ik woon er zelf en verhuur alleen als ik op reis ben dus ik zoek gasten die de ruimte respecteren
