The property is at the end of a driveway of century-old lime trees. The fully renovated independent gîte is located in the main body of the 19th century farmhouse. The farm currently houses a horse boarding facility. The 75 m² cottage with 2 bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 people. A crib and high chair on request.

Walks are possible around the accommodation with access to the watercourse. Convenience stores are 5 km away. There are many cultural and historical tourist attractions. For those interested in the Beauval Zoo: my place is located in the Somme and not the Loir et Cher.
