Pour une réservation d'une seule nuit, les draps ne sont pas fournis. Si oubli de votre part, ils vous seront facturés 10 euros. Des couvertures sont à disposition. A partir d'une réservation de 2 nuits, la chambre sera équipée de draps et couette mais vous devrez prévoir des draps pour le clic-clac.

C’est au cœur du centre historique de Roanne que se situe ce logement appelé par les roannais « la Maison rose » : un des plus vieux bâtiments de notre ville. Ces « vieilles maisons » à pans de bois ont été construites au milieu du XV° siècle. Voisine de l’office de tourisme, un des plus beaux bâtiments de Roanne, elle a été très récemment rénovée. Elle conjugue charme et élégance avec une décoration soignée et chaleureuse : vous vous sentirez rapidement « comme chez vous ».

Nous l’avons rénové récemment, aménagé avec soin et décoré avec goût afin que vous vous y sentiez bien dès votre arrivée. Le plus : le parking sécurisé et gratuit en sous-sol de la résidence (hauteur d'accès limitée à 2 m). Le centre-ville avec ses commerces et restaurants est à 5 min à pied.

Entièrement refait à neuf en 2023, je met un point d’honneur à recevoir avec tout l’essentiel pour votre plus grand confort. Étant également voisin de cet appartement, si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit je reste à votre entière disposition. Proche de toutes commodités, grand balcon qui rend ce lieu extrêmement lumineux !

With family, friends, also lodging on the road of the holidays, away from the beaten tracks, the setting is ideal to relax. You will stay in the old stable completely renovated. And if you wish, you will also enjoy the private jacuzzi at your disposal !
