All the art is for sale and changes frequently. It is a 4 block walk to downtown with 30 restaurants, a 7 block walk to Hodge Town Ball Park and the Civic Center. Conveniently located to I-27 and I-40. There is a large fenced area behind the Airbnb for dog lovers! It is self-check-in any time you get here. No cleaning/pet fees.

Feels secluded but is 10 minutes from many restaurants and attractions. What we lack in size, we make up for in serenity-over the top cleanliness and all the extras you can think of. Cozy house offers beautifully refinished original hardwood floors, great covered patio in back and relaxing view of our amazing West Texas sunsets. Not suitable for children under 12. Within one block of landscaped West Hills park. 2 car driveway for off street parking Walmart, United grocery store, and Walgreens less than a mile away. Easy access to Amarillo Boulevard. + NO SMOKING allowed in the home or on my property please Garage is not for guest use.
