This awesome little house is just 10 minutes from most of Amarillo. This house is very clean and newly built in 2024. Our guests all agree this is such a relaxing place to stay. The house itself is a small 1 bedroom, with everything you'll need for your stay. Inside the house is very clean and comfortable but outside is my favorite part. Here you'll find some of the best front porch sittin' around and the sunsets are pretty awesome too! You'll have wide open spaces and plenty of privacy.

There is also a nice yard that lends lots of room for everyone to roam and run. There is ample private parking as well.

The Piney House

Feels secluded but is 10 minutes from many restaurants and attractions. What we lack in size, we make up for in serenity-over the top cleanliness and all the extras you can think of. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place with a fun botanical theme. The house has a HUGE, fully-fenced, private backyard with amenities for children to play (including a play house and a treehouse). There is plenty of room for pets to run, families to play horseshoes, tether ball, and croquet. Each bedroom has a smart TV and a queen bed with a Purple brand mattress.
