Ausadie Building is a registered Local & National Historic property, located in the Medical & Downtown District. Only a few minutes walk to many entertainment venues, museums, galleries, four live theaters, Coe College and many churches and restaurants. The building has been beautifully restored and offers a courtyard with a pool, flower gardens and a peaceful Koi pond. Laundry and a fully equipped gym are also included. We're a 25 minute drive to Kinnick Stadium & the University of Iowa/UIHC.

440 sqft of Adorableness! Itsy Bitsy, Pequeno, small, cute, darling are the words I would use to describe this Tiny house. Within walking distance to Mt. Mercy and Coe college. Right off the exit of I 380 Interstate. As close as you can be to downtown. Maybe 5 minutes away from the bike trail. 2 car parking off street. 1 queen bed and pull out couch. Washer and dryer.
