Located on the 3rd floor (walk up) in the Timberline Building, condo is very spacious and in walking distance to the Alyeska resort and several great restaurants and shops. Hiking, biking, or skiing are right outside the front door! The building is typically very quiet, making it great for families or travelers seeking a peaceful reprieve in the great little town of Girdwood. The space is ideal for 1-3 people but can accommodate 4. We hope you enjoy your Girdwood adventure as much as we do!

Warm and cozy ski themed house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, central to everything in Gird! Enjoy the 6 person hot tub, 6 person cedar sauna and fire pit all year long. The home is a short walk to numerous restaurants, including the Double Musky (voted #1 rest in AK), the town square and the Girdwood Brewery! The home has a Weber BBQ, board games, cornhole, a record player with lots of vinyl from the 70’s and 80’s, etc. and a 75” TV with blankets to curl up with.
