Downtown Karlsruhe can be reached by car in 5 minutes or by bus in 10 minutes (stop 100 m away). In the immediate vicinity about 150 m are two large discount stores.

The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.

The house is located on a turning hammer and in less than five minutes you are at the tram stop “Feierabendweg” from where you are in 10 minutes in the city center of Karlsruhe.
