2 lovely rooms in old town house

In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

GRUBER vacation home - 1 bedroom

Halsbach is the smallest municipality in the district of Altötting with about 950 inhabitants. The small village is located in the idyllic foothills of the Alps and impresses on "föhnigen" days with a good distant view with a magnificent view of the Bavarian mountains. The nearby Marian pilgrimage site Altötting with its churches and Christian sights, the longest castle in Europe in Burghausen and the proximity to Lake Chiemsee make the region the ideal starting point for a holiday in Bavaria.

You can reach the small cozy apartment with private bathroom on the second floor of a historic courtyard via a separate external staircase. Here you can find everything you need: Double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), Kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet The outside staircase is large enough that you can also use it as a small balcony or you can simply go into the large garden, which is available to all guests and me.

Vacation rental “Magnolia” on the 2nd floor, for 3-4 people

We offer a 50 sqm apartment with mountain views! We live here very remote and quiet so the perfect place to really switch off! The beach in Taching and Tengling are each about 2 km away. Welcome to Tittmoning,an idyllic small town on the Salzach. Leitgeringer See is a 5-minute drive away. The 66 sqm new apartment is within walking distance of the historic old town and is very quiet (cul-de-sac). It is a new building (hillside house), the garden is not yet completely finished. If that doesn't bother you, then we are very much looking forward to seeing you. Meals are provided by supermarkets, a butcher, several bakers, as well as restaurants.
