Quiet and private apartment perfect for work, virtual meetings or long stays for professionals. Secure underground car park. Easy walk to supermarkets and cafes/restaurants for take away. Relax and explore from this home, located just a block and half from the beach. You're an easy tram ride into the CBD. Enjoy a short stroll to the local boutiques, cafes, restaurants and bars. Our apartment is located towards the rear of the building with a North/West facing balcony. A large amount of occupants are owner occupied and it is a quiet and very safe building. Having had experience in the apartment/hotel industry, we have set this apartment up specifically to cater for our guests. It is very clean modern and fresh. We have sourced high quality furniture and artwork to ensure our guests are comfortable when staying at our apartment. We would suggest you get to know Bay Street where there are a plethora of options for keen foodies. If you like keeping fit, there are a number of mainstream gyms nearby, but why do that when you have the beach and great walking tracks just at your door step. The light rail / tram is so easy to the city, or simply walk or ride. One secure parking space is available onsite. Cosy bungalow with ensuite, beachy decor, extremely comfortable queen sized bed Cont. breakfast is provided. Very private, roomy, detached from house, ideal for a couple. Infants over 6 mths [ mobile - i.e. crawling and above ] are discouraged for safety reasons We are a very well travelled couple who enjoy interacting with people. The house is 90 secs drive/5 mins walk to one of Victoria's best swimming and fishing beaches, 10 min walk to ferry, 4 mins drive to 5 top wineries and the golf club.

Cafes, parks, beaches and the famous South Melb market are within 1km. Public transport is only 150m from the door and there is ample on street parking.
