Bed & Breakfast Appeltern is located in the fruity Land of Maas and Waal, in the vicinity of cities Nijmegen, Tiel and Oss. A picturesque setting characterized by water and nature, where a night goes hand in hand with a holiday feeling. Overlooking the Water, our monumental long farmhouse which formerly part after a major restoration serves as a bed and breakfast or group accommodation. We have five tastefully decorated rooms, each with a private bathroom, and a cozy living room with kitchen. When the weather permits, dine outside of your own garden and you know that it still exists: the true idyll! ps. if you want to enjoy breakfast, this can be additionally booked in our teahouse or garden (which is located in our garden)

In the land of Maas en Waal, on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Appeltern, you find “Atelier onder de Notenboom”. Quietly situated on the edge of the nature and recreation area "De Gouden Ham". The guests of our luxurious apartments can make free use of the Atelier/De Hooiberg. Come and enjoy the many cycling and walking routes with many ferry connections, the Gardens of Appeltern and the many fishing and water sports options. Or simply enjoy the tranquillity of our country house.

Koeienstal: 2-person apartment in rural Megen

You will stay in a characteristic 2-person apartment. The apartment combines the best of rustic charm, such as wooden beams/low ceilings, with a modern finish, including air conditioning. You can also use an atmospheric garden. The farmhouse is located in picturesque Megen with beautiful cycling/walking routes and excellent restaurants, near the recreation area De Gouden Ham. Den Bosch and Nijmegen are also nearby. In this farmhouse you can also book a 2/4-person apartment (Hooizolder).

Huize Zondag: Experience the river region

Explore Maas en Waal from our new apartment, equipped with luxury amenities such as a fireplace, rain shower, underfloor heating, private (secure) bicycle storage, large skylights, and a fully equipped kitchen. A good night's sleep is guaranteed on the king-size bed. The garden room and private garden allow you to relax after a lovely walk or bike ride along the dikes. There are plenty of dining options just a stone's throw away (lunchroom & fine dining), or you can enjoy our village.

Vacation home The Pastor, Rectory (Monument)

The Presbytery is a monument in Boven-Leeuwen. A small, quiet village, in the Land of Maas and Waal. The Rectory with attached St. Willibrorudus Church is located in the center, near the dike with behind it the beautiful floodplains and the river Waal. The Pastor is a spacious and cozy apartment upstairs in the Presbytery. Renovated in 2023/2024 and ready for guests to enjoy The Rectory and its beautiful surroundings. There is also a shared, cozy and spacious and backyard.

A place just for you

Do you need a warm place for yourself? Relax and unwind in this peaceful, stylish vinted space. This studio/tiny house is indoors in our farmhouse. From the balcony, you have a view of the river Maas. You live on our property with the animals and in the summer with a few more guests who stay in caravans. It's quiet here but not silent. So you really hear a car, the flushing of our toilet or the lawnmower of the neighbors. People from the city find it quiet here!

Maasbommel/NL - Houseboat on the Meuse

Whether you want to relax in peace or get active in sports, this houseboat offers all the possibilities. Equipped with a balcony and a roof terrace, you can make yourself comfortable in the 'chill-out lounge.' Read a book or take advantage of the wide range of water sports, such as surfing, stand-up paddle boarding, Bike tours, fishing, golfing or hiking. The tasteful furnishings and the incomparable view of the water simply invite you to relax and unwind.

Hoeve Kroonenburg

Maasbommel is located in the beautiful rural Land van Maas en Waal in recreation area De Gouden Ham, on the Maas. Here you can bike, hike, swim, rent a boat, eat out, bowl, water sports, etc. The former cowshed is now a cozy space with a spacious bedroom, walk-in shower, sitting area, TV, fully equipped kitchen. Our apartment has a wonderful view of the large garden. Next to the private entrance is a garden table with chairs to enjoy the sun.

Rural location, peace, space and alpacas

In the guesthouse you immediately feel the relaxing atmosphere. Through the use of natural materials and the view of the garden and the animals, you can really experience the countryside. Outside, you can encounter all kinds of animals, like a hare or a pheasant. And of course the chickens and the alpacas. On the lounge set you see from the guesthouse, you can relax. You walk right into the meadow to get to know the alpacas up close.

At Aunt Hanneke's "Voorhuus" with Hot Tub option

Welcome to Tante Hanneke. Located on the dike near recreation area the “Golden Ham” you will find this renovated farmhouse. The farm is located on a large plot with lots of (play) garden and meadow. This spacious but cozy front house has a large living room with open kitchen, fireplace, 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6-7 people. The house also has a very spacious private garden with a veranda and a hot tub (optional €65).
