Apartment overlooking the Mediterranean see on Urbanova beach. Enjoy breakfast with a view of the sea from the spacious 5-meter terrace. Both the living room and kitchen, as well as the two bedrooms, face the sea. It is located in a gated property with a swimming pool, multi-sport court, tennis court, and children’s playground. Situated on the beachfront, it´s an ideal place for families. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room, a washing machine, and dishwasher.
