Effortless Elegance in the Historic 9th District of Vienna

We just finished the apartment October 1st, 2017. Spacious apartment bright clean and newly refurbished in historic Viennese building. Apartment consists if large entryway with small balcony, 2 very large bedrooms with locked doors, living room, TV, Internet, Bose „SoundTouch 10“, bathroom with washer and dryer , fully equipped kitchen with table for 6. Peaceful, comfortable and quiet on side street. Grocery store , post office, drug store shops and restaurants all just 1 minute away. Buses, trams and subways all close by. 20 minute walk to the St. Stephan Cathedral. Prestigious 9th district with Freud Museum 10 minutes away. Palace Liechtenstein 5 minutes (URL HIDDEN) much to see and do! This apartment is in an urban area in the 9th district of Vienna, famous for elegant living. It’s just a 4-minute walk to the magnificent Liechtenstein Palace and park. RING Strasse is nearby where all the historic jewels of Vienna can be found. There is public transport nearby: Underground Line U2 Bus 40a Tramway Line D, 38, 41, 42 NEW !!! CITY TAX !!! Please be informed that due to new regulations in Vienna, we are obliged by law to collect a city tax from our guests. We will need to charge 3,2% of your accommodation costs including the cleaning fee. Unfortunately, the tax cannot be collected directly over Airbnb and therefore needs to be paid at the check-in in cash. Please be so kind and prepare the amount in Euros. We will provide you with a receipt for the city tax at the check-in. We apologize for the inconvenience but this newly introduced law must be adhered to. Splendid apartment in historical building, 1909, last floor with two roof-decks, panoramic views and perfect natural light atmospheres, spacious rooms with high ceiling, cable TV, WI-FI, open living room with kitchen as well as chilling room for guests in Vienna. Parquet. Spacious bath room with bathtub. Toilet in extra room. Very charming place in one of the most beautiful areas of Vienna with plenty of history around (museums, restaurants, bars). Very close to the city center.

Die 45m² große Wohnung befindet sich nur 15 Straßenbahn-Minuten vom Stadtzentrum und seinen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt (Stephansdom, Oper, Ringstraße, Museen, Shopping, Restaurants, Bars und vieles mehr). Die Straßenbahn stoppt direkt vor der Haustüre und bringt dich hin. Auch die U-Bahn ist gleich in der Nähe (z.B. für die Fahrt zum Schloss Schönbrunn). Schnelles WLAN und Smart-TV vorhanden, falls es doch mal regnet. Die perfekte Homebase für deinen Trip nach Wien!

Let yourself be enchanted in Anna's cozy "bird's nest" in VIENNA. Classic Viennese old building,apartment with balcony. Next door is the newly renovated Votiv Church. The city center, attractions, the large hospital AKH, the Juridicum and beautiful parks are within walking distance. Ideal workplace: table with lamp, WiFi, extra bed for Powernap ;-). The quiet bedroom to the courtyard, balcony with flowers to get some fresh air! Security by the Austrian National Bank.

The apartment is in direct proximity of the Volksoper, metropolitan railways, Kutschkermarkt and to the town center. It is good for pairs and business travelers. The friendly apartment offers a generous living room with parquet flooring, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and a separate WC. The generous room heights as well as wing doors and box windows create a marvelous, comfortable ambience for 1 to 2 people.

Nice apartment nearby Yppenplatz

Nice apartment in 1170 only 10 minutes away to the city center (Schottentor) with tram line 43. Shops right in the immediate vicinity. When there is good weather you can relax on 14m2 balcony and end the evening with a glass of wine. For night owls is the same as the walking distance to the city arteries about 5 minutes walk to the clubzsene of Vienna. There is the possibility to rent a garage parking space directly in the house for 10 € per day.
