Beautiful, very quiet and light-flooded top floor apartment with very large terrace not far from the underground station U4 Margaretengürtel and underground station U4/U6 Längenfeldgasse (5 minutes walk). Perfect city center location for sightseeing. All hotspots are only 1,2,3 metro stations away. The very famous Vienna Naschmarkt can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, as well as the Mariahilferstraße (very famous shopping street). A supermarket is located in the immediate vicinity.

Enjoy the tranquility of my small, cozy apartment in the beautiful 18th district of Vienna. With a view of the courtyard, you can't hear any traffic. Right at your doorstep, tram line 42 runs to the city center in 16 minutes. There are all major supermarkets, a local farmers market and a bakery in the immediate vicinity. The TV is linked to an active Amazon Prime account. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor WITHOUT elevator
