A great place to call home for two people while in town for work, or exploring our PNW wonderland. One hour from the coast, and from the Cascades, in the heart of Willamette Valley wine country.

We are conventional grass seed and hazelnut farmers who live next door and farm on the property. This home is nestled in a mature hazelnut orchard further surrounded by grass fields. Charming 250 sq. ft. South Eugene bungalow guest loft with private exterior entrance (10 steps up), ideal for 1 guest. Full private bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.* Queen-size cabinet bed with comfortable memory foam mattress, bamboo cover, quality linens. *Though bathroom ceiling height is 7’6” at highest level, please note that angled ceilings in shower may provide less-than-ideal head space for guests on the tall side. Shower head is removable/hand-held for added convenience.

Nestled on a quiet, dead-end street, this home is welcoming and pleasing. It has 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom, a full kitchen, a dining area and a living room. The neighborhood is quiet, filled with trees and within minutes of restaurants and markets. The Willamette River and its extensive path system is just outside the front door.

The Serene Modern Studio is centrally located with easy access to freeways & I-5. Less than a 10 minute drive to Autzen Stadium, U of O, Hayward Field, Matt Knight Arena & downtown Eugene. Plenty of restaurants & shopping, a public golf course & indoor swimming pool all minutes away! The studio is set up with everything you could need for a short visit or longer stay. Hidden from the street w/ a gated driveway for maximum privacy & secluded feel, yet close to everything!

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

Quiet, clean studio

This is a 600 square foot studio with 1 queen bed, 1 couch that pulls out to a full bed, dining set, kitchenette, ductless heat/AC and bathroom with tub and shower. It has a private entrance and is up 1 flight of stairs. The apartment is quiet and comes wifi and TV. The route 6 bus stop is right across the street. No smoking, no pets and all children must be 5 years old or older. Additional cleaning fee for stays of 2 weeks or more. See other details.
