Historical farm in Alpbach authentically restored. Isolated at an altitude of 1150 m. Apartment with private access. New kitchen with wood stove and bathroom. Old wooden planks and tiles with underfloor heating in all rooms. Sauna! IN SUMMER: private road TO the yard! Narrow steep forest road, but with some practice well passable. Parking in front of the house. IN WINTER: Access in case of snow on the private road directly to the farm not possible! Parking (= ski bus stop!) 1.3 km away.
