Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

B&B Roes is newly built in 2021, detached with private entrance, terrace at the front and rear overlooking a nature reserve. Fully equipped: private bathroom and breakfast room with fridge, coffee/tea facility and microwave. I serve a full breakfast for €12.50 per person. Please book in advance. It is located in the old city center of Deventer on the Brink and near the historic Waag. The spacious gallery provides access to the apartment and features a small seating area overlooking the courtyard. Deventer is characterized by the cozy little streets, old buildings, boutique shops and many restaurants, all within walking distance.

Atmospheric vacation home in wooded area

The Leemgate is a cozy and attractive vacation home with beautiful views. The house (4500 sq. ft.) has its own entrance and therefore a lot of privacy. Bicycles can be placed and possibly charged in the lockable garden shed. The car can be parked next to the house. Outside, you can sit and enjoy the view of the meadow. The Pieterpad runs 500 m from the house. Vorden is a great place for cycling and hiking through the beautiful nature along culture and history.

Het Kleine Huuske

The Kleine Huuske is a small but complete cottage in our garden. You sleep in a cozy bedstee and wake up in the morning to birdsong. The cottage has a small kitchen that is equipped with an induction hob and a small oven for baking rolls in the morning, for example. There is free WiFi, and a TV with Chromecast so you can watch your own series. Outside, there is a terrace with two chairs, a table and possibly a fire pit.

Set in its own small woodlands and bordered by two meadows, our much loved family holiday home is ideal for all kinds of holidaymaker. Its three bedrooms have good storage and comfortable beds. A spacious shower room, with ample hot water to freshen up before dinner or a drink in the living room. Lounge on one of two sofas in front of the open fire. Prepare dinner in the open plan kitchen and eat in the custom dining corner.

In our lodging 't Veldkuikentje, you can optimally enjoy your stay in the countryside between Apeldoorn and Teuge. 't Veldkuikentje offers space for 1-6 people as a B&B/Vacation house. In addition, the space is also used as a meeting room for up to 12 people. Plenty of atmosphere, comfort and privacy in an environment that has much to offer in terms of nature and entertainment for young and old!
