There are two terraces, with the option of grilling. The house is 4 km from Rygård sandy beach, as well as several beautiful beaches along the Norddjurs coastline. All the indoor details have been taken care of and a rare stylish and atmospheric interior has been completed in the small simple house from 1978. It is flooded with sun from the large green garden with both south and west-facing terraces and there is only a 100-meter walk to the sea view, as well as a beautiful hiking trail in the forest edge on the edge of the slope to the sea.

Lovely newly renovated apartment close to a nice beach and swimming opportunities. Located in a quiet setting with lovely outdoor facilities. Close to all the sights of Djursland, Randers and Aarhus, good fishing opportunities in the coastal areas and long bike paths along the sea. In the forests around the apartment, there are plenty of opportunities to experience the animals as well as the lovely nature the area offers. Good shopping opportunities within 5 to 10 minutes' drive, depending on which shop you choose.
