Jedes Appartement ist komfortabel eingerichtet: Im Parterre befindet sich eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Essbereich sowie ein bequemer Wohnraum mit TV/DVD. Alles ist grosszügig, offen und gemütlich gestaltet. Im oberen Stockwerk befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer mit einem privaten Bad, entweder mit Dusche oder Badewanne. Zusätzlich besitzt jedes Appartement jeweils zwei Aussensitzplätze mit Grillgelegenheit.

"La Retirance" (l’habitation en dialecte bourbonnais) est une demeure campagnarde rénovée située dans le Bourbonnais, offrant paix et tranquillité avec un vaste terrain de 2000 m², idéale pour des moments de détente. Le terrain est bordé de haies végétales, ce qui délimite bien l’espace, mais une surveillance est conseillée si vous venez avec un chien. Facilement accessible grâce à sa proximité avec l'autoroute A71. Elle est composée de 3 chambres accessibles seulement par des escaliers.

La Tour de Lalue, une construction neuve style Bourbonnais, peut héberger 2 ou 3 personnes. Au rez-de-chaussée se situe la cuisine au sol en pierres de volvic , des toilettes et le lave-linge. Au première étage, on trouve le salon avec des baies vitrées qui donnent une vue superbe sur le Bocage Bourbonnais. Ensuite au deuxième il y a la chambre avec douche et toilettes. Un grand jardin clos, vos chiens sont les bienvenus, et une terrasse spacieuse complètent le tout, reposant!!

Here, you can enjoy the stunning sunset every evening from the terrace and watch the cows roaming freely in the adjacent pasture. Inside, you will find all the comfort you need, and in the winter, you can warm up by the wood stove. In the surrounding area, you can take wonderful walks.

You will also find a dishwasher and a coffee machine + a water boiler. The living room has basic yet comfortable furniture. The gite includes a private entrance and a garden. The swimming pool and terrain are shared with other guests. The property is not baby/child proof.
