The train can take you directly to Amsterdam central in 35 minutes. A return train ticket costs roughly 17 € for off peak time. Alkmaar is an old Dutch city just like Amsterdam but smaller. Enjoy the canals, great food and cozy atmosphere. There is free parking close to the house which is a 200 meter walk.

House of 100 years old is under the mill and is cozy and cozy. A 5-minute walk will take you to the centre of Alkmaar. Rent a boat and see Alkmaar from the water. In the street behind the cottage is a beautiful, large playground the “OKB”. The bus stops in front of the door. Paid parking in the area and just across the house.
