With a terras Surrounded by old Dutch landscape with beautiful villages and 3! coasts at 15 km. Cities such as Alkmaar and Enkhuizen are nearby, but Amsterdam is also not far away. How about a day at the bird island of Texel?! Schagen with all its restaurants and shops is 5 km away. Noord Holland Pad and bicycle junction are right around the corner. The station, supermarkets, drugstore, bakery and restaurants are just a minute walking distance. The neighborhood of this guesthouse is really equipped with all the comforts. The property, which was built in 2020, has a separate shower and toilet downstairs and upstairs a living room/bedroom. There is no cooking facilities or outdoor space.

A very special place in the city. A rural street that has existed for centuries. Cobblestones on the road, nature around the corner. The historic center of Alkmaar is a 10-minute walk away. The guesthouse (about 40m2) is in the back house with a private entrance. It consists of a spacious living room/bedroom with double bed, a small kitchenette, bathroom and toilet. Through the French doors you can reach the private terrace. WiFi and television are provided. Private parking. Renting a bicycle is possible.

Charming renovated apartment with large garden.

Our guesthouse in the center of Limmen has been completely renovated in Jan/Feb 2024 with a completely new bathroom. It is an attached apartment (30m2) with its own entrance and all amenities (AH, bakery, etc) 3 minutes on foot. The beautiful North Holland dune area and the beach (10 minutes), but also Alkmaar(15 minutes) and Amsterdam(30 minutes) are easily accessible. Parking is on the street and is free. You can use the bikes for free. You will receive a private piece of garden at your disposal.

Cozy studio in the center of the village of Driehuis, between IJmuiden and Santpoort, with many opportunities for cycling to the beach, sea, and dunes. Bicycles available. The bus station is 2 minutes away, and the train station 8 minutes away from Amsterdam, Haarlem, and Alkmaar. From the studio, it is 10 minutes from the DFDS Seaways ferry line connecting IJmuiden to New Castle.......... a private studio near Amsterdam... A wonderful bike ride in the dunes. The studio has its own entrance.

Duin Haven, Holiday house in beach area

This holiday house in the back of my garden offers the excellent retreat if you want to experience the beauty of the Dutch dunes and beaches and escape the hectic city life. The house is located in a quiet street, walking distance from the beach (10 min) . Egmond aan Zee is one of the most beautiful areas in The Netherlands only 30 minutes by train from Amsterdam (station Heiloo is 5 km from Egmond aan Zee). Excellent for hikes and cycling. There is a storage for the bikes with the house.
