The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. A newly renovated holiday home approx. 17th century ground floor + upper floor is rented. The holiday home is located in Alf and is only a few minutes about 80 meters from the Moselle. The cozy, open living and dining area invites you to relax. The ground floor and upper floor together have a living space of approx. 70m2. Suitable for 4 people! The bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet are on the upper floor. Sleeps 1x double bed 1x sofa bed on the ground floor for 2 people.

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal.
